Applications will be accepted from families presently enrolled on Wednesday, January 6, 2010 at 9:00 a.m.  New student enrollment will begin on Tuesday, January 19, 2010 at 9:00 a.m.

Administrator will review each new applicant’s records.  Acceptable behavior is a prerequisite for enrollment.  In addition to the student appraisal forms, a student’s previous school records will be used as an indicator of past behavior.

Children entering kindergarten must be five (5) years of age on or before July 31 of the school year.  No exceptions will be made.

FBCA is not equipped to handle students with special needs.  While our heart goes out to those individuals and we would love to be able to serve them, we currently do no have the capabilities to provde that service.

Students who are presently enrolled in FBCA are given first opportunity to re-enroll for the following year.  Accounts must be current in order for the student to be eligible for re-enrollment.  The re-enrollment form must be completed and the enrollment fee for the coming year must be received before a place is reserved for the coming year.

Following the re-enrollment period, enrollment will be open for students from the general public.

ALL STUDENTS: Registration Fee (non-refundable)

KINDERGARTEN: Health Information Form signed and dated by a physician, physical exam, immunization dates and vision screening, birth certificate and two Student Appraisal Forms*

NEW STUDENTS: Book Fee, Health Information Form (signed by parent) and Immunization Record; Grades 1-6 - Most recent report card, signed “Release of Records” form and two Student Appraisal Forms*

*  It is important to have these appraisals sent to the Academy Office as soon as possible after submitting your application.

The Academy Team has determined a class must have 13 students in order to be considered a viable classroom. While registration will begin in January, registration will continue through July 31. If, by that time, a class has less than 13 members, the Academy Team reserves the right to cancel the class and notify parents of enrolled students that the class will not be offered. Registration and book fees would be returned at that time.
