MONTHLY TUITION

1. Tuition is due on the first school day of each month.
2. Tuition is delinquent if not received by the 7th of the month, and a late fee will be added to the account.

EXTENDED CARE

1. Extended care is due on Monday of each week.
2. Extended Care is delinquent if not received by Friday of the week, and a late fee will be added to the account.

PAYMENT ENVELOPES

1. All tuition and extended care payments should be made in a FBCA Payment envelope. Indicate the billed parent name as well as the child’s name and exactly how the payment should be applied.
2. Cash payments are acceptable, but you are strongly encouraged to obtain a receipt.
3. Lunch, fundraising, or other monies should NOT be placed into a tuition envelope.

RETURNED CHECKS
A fee will be billed to the account for each check returned from the bank for nonpayment of funds.

VACATION CREDIT
Each child enrolled in Extended Care may request up to 2 weeks of “Vacation Credit” for their extended care costs. This request must be completed in writing on the “Vacation and Sick Credit” form in advance of the days off.
