ELECTRONIC KEYS (E-keys)
$15 each

For security purposes the doors of our buildings are locked. A device (which requires an e-key to enter) is on the east door of the early childhood building and the west door of the elementary building.  The children are instructed not to open the doors for anyone - please do not motion for them to open the door. We ask parents not to allow others to enter with you.

PLEASE NOTE: ALL program tuition/fees remain the same regardless of the number of class days in the week or month.

* Oldest child enrolled pays full fee or tuition. Second child discount applies to the second and all subsequent children enrolled from the same family.

Credit - Vacation and illness
Parents must complete a “Vacation and Sick Credit Request Form” to receive credit on their account.  This only applies to those that pay weekly fees.  - Vacation - advance notice is required  - Sick Credit - child must be absent 3 or more consecutive days due to illness
Vacation Credit (June to May)	Sick Credit (half price)
Vacation credit is based on the number of weekly attendance days.  For example: Monday through Friday receive 10 days; Mon/Wed/Fri receive 6 days and Tue/Thu receive 4 days.  You MUST request vacation credit in advance by submitting the request form.  Vacation credit may only be used when the student is not in attendance.	Sick credit is available when the student has been absent from their program 3 consecutive days due to illness.  You MUST notify the office each day your child is absent.  When your child returns to school you must submit the request form to receive your half price credit for the days missed.  Parents may be required to provide a doctor’s verification of illness.

ADVANCE NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL
Please notify the office at least one week in advance of withdrawing your child from our school. After two weeks of unexplained absenteeism, the child will automatically be dropped. Parents will be required to pay for charges incurred during the period of absenteeism without notification.

Class Time Only Students - If the last day is on or before the 15th of the month, the tuition will be half the regular monthly charge. If the last day is on or after the 15th of the month, the full month’s tuition will be charged.
