LUNCH
Parents make deposits to their child’s lunch account. When purchases are made, debits are made to the lunch account. Deposits to the lunch account should NOT be included with monthly tuition or weekly extended care. A notice will be sent home with the child when the account drops below $5.00. Each day there are 4 lunch choices: a hot entree’, cold cut sandwich, peanut butter & jelly or salad bar. Each of these choices include a drink (milk or 100% fruit juice). Lunch cost will be determined and communicated prior to school starting in August..
ELECTRONIC KEYS (E-keys) $15 each
For security purposes the doors of our buildings are locked. A device (which requires an e-key to enter) is on the west door of the elementary building and the east door of the early childhood building. Parents who will have inside pickup or extended care MUST purchase an e-key. The children are instructed not to open the doors for anyone - please do not motion for them to open the door. We ask parents not to allow others to enter with you.
EXTENDED CARE and EMERGENCY CHARGES
This care is 6:00-8:30 a.m. AND 3:15-6:00 p.m.; this fee will be prorated if care is needed less than 5 days
Before OR After School Care $52.50 per week ($10.50 per day)

SNOW DAYS and DAY CARE ONLY DAYS
Only children who are regularly enrolled in extended care are eligible for attendance on Snow Days and Day Care Only days. On these days there will be an additional charge for care given during the time the children would ordinarily be in class.

EMERGENCY EXTENDED CARE
There may be a time when a parent needs childcare before or after school even though their child is not enrolled in extended care. We can accommodate this on an emergency basis. The cost for this care is high in order to discourage parents from using this service as a childcare alternative. We must know how many children we will serve in order to provide adequate staffing. That would be impossible if we allowed “drop ins”.
The following charges are per day when emergency care is needed:
Emergency Extended Care - $16 per child
Emergency Care on Day Care Only Day - $36 per child
Half Day on Day Care Only Day (not including lunch) - $20 per child
