2010-11 Registration: Registration continues.  Please be sure to get your registration forms in as soon as possible.  It will soon be time to do teacher contracts and assign students to classes so it is important to know the number of students in each class.

 

Advertising: Word of mouth is our best form of advertisement.  If you have friends or relatives interested in Christian Education please let them know it is registration time.

 

Tri-County Science Fair:  Saturday, February 27 at St. Charles Community College.  FBCA has 33 students projects entered.

 

Red Wheel Fundraiser:  REMINDER: All order forms and money are due Monday, March 1

 

Chapel News:  There will NOT be chapel on Monday, March 1.  We will operate on Thursday’s schedule on March 1.  Thursday, March 4 will operate on Monday’s schedule and have chapel at 1:30 p.m.; it will be conducted by Team Impact, a group of elite athletes sharing God’s word in a unique way (www.Team-Impact.com).  As always, everyone is welcome to attend.

 

First Baptist Church O’Fallon:  Team Impact will be at FBCO nightly at 6:30 p.m. March 3-7.  Everyone is welcome!

 

ACSI Science Fair:  We will have 12 students represent FBCA at First Baptist Christian Academy, Troy, MO on Friday, March 5.

 

Read, Right & Run Marathon News:  If you have not brought your journal to school this week for Mrs. Gravitt to see, please do so as soon as possible.  Race Day is only 7 weeks away, so stay busy reading, doing good deeds and running!

 

Lost & Found:  We have several sweatshirts, coats, gloves, etc. on our lost and found rack.  Please check it for any items your student may have lost.

Chapel News:  Monday, February 22, will be our chapel on Disability Awareness.  The students generated $700 – which is enough to rehab 4-5 wheelchairs for “Wheels for the World”.  Thank you to Mrs. Boecker for organizing this event.

Box Tops:  Please have all your box tops turned in to the classroom by Monday, February 22.  Classroom Box Top Coordinator will need to have them clipped, counted and turned in to Terri Schulte by Wednesday, February 24.  They MUST be mailed by February 28.  Box Tops fund our Field Day in May.

 

Spanish Make-Up Classes:  Tuesday and Wednesday, February 23 and 24.

 

ACSI Area Math Olympics:  February 26 at Green Park Christian Academy in South St. Louis.

SCRIP:  Reminder all Scrip orders are due on Fridays by 9:00 a.m.  The last Scrip order date to be applied to this year’s tuition will be on April 16.
