Students will have 3 classroom parties to celebrate: Christmas, Valentine’s Day and Easter.  Room parents volunteer to help make these special days festive and meaningful.  Please note we do not celebrate Halloween and request that no Halloween decorations or costumes be worn to school.  Likewise, we do not mention Santa at Christmas or the Easter Bunny at Easter.  We leave it to the discretion of each family to instruct the children regarding these characters.  At school the focus is on the Biblical events being celebrated.

For the safety of our students, all treats served at school MUST be STORE-BOUGHT.  This applies to birthday celebrations, classroom parties and special events.  Because of potentially life-threatening allergies to peanuts, treats MUST NOT contain nuts or nut products.  Please abide by these rules and check the ingredients list of the items you purchase.
