Famously Yours comes to FBCA each spring for fittings and orders.  They offer a 10% discount on orders placed and paid in full at the spring fitting.  These orders will be delivered to FBCA in August.  Fittings and orders may also be placed on this day.

GIRLS:

* Girls MUST wear navy shorts under jumpers and skirts.

GIRLS and BOYS:

• Blouses, shirts must have a collar
• Blouses, shirts and turtlenecks MUST be all WHITE, with no insignias
• Navy belts must be worn with all slacks and shorts
• Short should be no more than 3 inches above the knee
• Socks MUST be worn with all shoes and should be crew or knee length
• NO low cut or no-show socks are leggings are allowed
• Tennis shoes are preferred since all classes participate in PE and recess.  Acceptable shoes include loafers, oxfords and athletic sport shoes
• No sandals, open toe or heel shoes, boots, flip-flops, jellies, heelies or Crocs are allowed

BOYS:

COATS and JACKETS:

Students will go outside for recess and sometimes PE, when the temperature (including the wind chill) is 25° or above.  No hats are allowed to be worn in the building.  Students may wear a sweater or sweatshirt inside the building, however, it must be a school sweater or spirit wear sweatshirt purchased from our designated vendors.  Please put your child’s name in their coast, jackets and sweatshirts.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

• Tattoos are not acceptable.
• No colored hair sprays.
• From time to time there are fads that come along.  If these are determined to not be in the best interest of school decorum, they may be banned.  Parents will be notified if this is the case.

NON-UNIFORM DAYS:

you will be notified in advance of a non-uniform day.  These will have a theme or be designated as a spirit day.  Modesty and good taste is expected.  Uniforms are optional in the fall on school picture day.

“DAY CARE ONLY” DAYS:

Uniforms are not necessary on days when classes are not in session.

POLICY CHANGES:

The uniform policy is established by the FBCA Administrative Team.  You will be notified of any changes.
